We have been working full time in the real estate industry in the Santa Clarita since 1998.  At least Paris Has.  I was licensed at the same time, however was still involved in full time LAPD Service until my resignation in 2007.  No, I did not get into trouble

I remained a full line LAPD reserve, but needed to assist my beloved with our Real Estate Business.  Looking back, I am glad we made a go of it together.

Rising through the ranks in Real Estate really helped bond us closer as a “full time” husband and wife team.  Some teams that are husband and wife are not as “committed” to their professions as are we.  You see both names, but there is only one active member of their team that works with both buyers and sellers of real estate.

We made a commitment in the beginning when it came to our clients.  ”Real Estate is never to be treated as a “cheap endeavor”".  We want our clients to understand the importance of a 30 year mortgage.  We also wanted our clientele to understand that Paris and I are problem solvers.  We desire to give our clients Value First before all else in real estate.
